Returns
Jazze Dreamz and Thingz do not offer refunds but instead we offer store credit. Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be damaged (prior to it being shipped).
Store Credit (if applicable)
We will send you an email to notify you that we are reviewing your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your request will be sent to you via the email used during purchase. If you want your request sent to a different email address, please let us know within 24hrs of approval. Shipping cost will not be refunded, only the cost of the item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be approved for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
